Chidiebere J. Okpe MNIQS
Chidi is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 (Twenty) years’ experience in the Building and construction industry. He started his career with Costain (West Africa) Plc a foremost Building, Civil/Heavy Engineering Construction Company in Nigeria as a Project Quantity Surveyor. He worked with Costain for 6 (six) years and was actively involved in some notable projects in Port Harcourt and Abuja. He later joined Design Union Consulting ltd, an Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Construction company in Nigeria as Commercial/Project Manager. His responsibilities included Cost Estimating, Project Controls, Project/Construction Management, Contracts and Procurement. He worked with Design Union for 9 (Nine) years and participated, managed and or coordinated some landmark projects both locally and internationally.
He is presently the Managing Director of Danbran Projects Limited
Executive Director – Projects
Tobi Adediran MNIQS
Tobi is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 12 (Twelve) years’ experience. He is highly motivated, perceptive with good interpersonal skills to work in challenging environments. Toby has managed some notable Commercial, Residential and Institutional projects in Nigeria. He was at different times Project Manager, Commercial Manager and Project Coordinator for Design Union Consulting Ltd.
He is presently the Executive Director Projects for Danbran Projects Limited
